WHAT IS THE HEARTFULNESS INSTITUTE?
The Institute is a knowledge center for research and teaching in the Heartfulness method. It is established as a trade fund that cooperates internationally with organizations of similar purpose and is associated with the United Nations Department of Public Information with the humanitarian aim of promoting universal peace and harmony through yoga and meditation.
The Heartfulness Institute conveys an ancient meditation method called Sahaj Marg, which has roots in Raja yoga. In Denmark, the form of meditation is also presented through the non-profit organization SRCM.

GOOD FUND MANAGEMENT
The Heartfulness Institute is an operating fund covered by the provisions of the Commercial Funds Act and the Danish Financial Statements Act on good fund management. The Fund must therefore explain how the Fund complies with the recommendations of the Committee on Good Fund Management.
Use of personal data
Personal information is never disclosed to a third party unless you explicitly consent to it, and we will never collect personal information without you personally providing us with this information through registration, purchase, participation in Heartfulness tuition or payment of donation etc. Here information about names is collected. , address, e-mail, telephone, if any. social security number when making a donation.
When granting aid, the Fund is obliged to report to SKAT under tax law. Reporting of grants awarded is based on CPR numbers or CVR numbers depending on who is to be taxed on the grant granted.
Personal information is used solely to provide the service with which the information is collected in connection with.
Contact regarding personal data
If you would like access to the information that is registered about you, you can contact us by email to email@example.com. If incorrect data has been registered or you have other objections, you can contact the same place. You have the opportunity to gain insight into what information is registered about you and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules in the Personal Data Act.
Protection of personal data
According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be kept secure and confidential. We store your personal information on computers with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security of data transfers over the Internet. This means that there may be a risk of unauthorized access to information by others when data is sent and stored electronically. You submit your personal information at your own risk.
Personal data is continuously deleted as the purpose for which it was collected is terminated.
To the extent that personal data is processed about you, according to the Personal Data Act you have the right to be informed which personal data can be attributed to you. If the information or data processed about you proves to be inaccurate or misleading, you have the right to demand it corrected, deleted or blocked. You may object at any time to the processing of information about you. You can also revoke your consent at any time.
