Practise Yoga and Meditation

Join online LIVE session every Tuesday 7 PM and/or  Sunday 8 AM for 60 minutes to practise Yoga postures, movements breathing exercises, followed by Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation.

Sessions are conducted by qualified Yoga and Heartfulness Meditation Trainers.

30 minutes of Yoga followed by 20 minutes of Heart based Meditation

Yoga session

In our program we teach holistic Yoga – practice of mind, body and spirit.

You will learn simple Yoga exercises that will help to improve your energy levels by working on core organs of the body.

You will also learn systematic conscious breathing (Pranayama) to control your breathing process.

Heart-based meditation

Experience Heart based Meditation aided by a very subtle transformation energy called pranahuti or yogic transmission.

Explore your heart space and discover how to be in tune with yourself.

Develop Inner Sensitivity. Learn to calm your mind and overcome negative emotions.
