A year-long exploration of the wisdom and practical approach to health and well-being that Yoga offers, starting with a 21-day program from 30 May, and culminating on International Day of Yoga, 21 June 2021.

Heartfulness Institute Australia and the UN Association of Australia NSW division have united to present the best of Yoga, from ancient to modern times, sharing the authentic spirit and philosophy of Yoga.

Our partners across Australia and around the world include the Government of India, Ministry of AYUSH and Patanjali Yogpeeth.

Practical sessions with certified trainers

15 Yoga sessions that will run for about 45 minutes each consisting of Yoga postures, movement, breathing exercises followed by Heartfulness Meditation Practice.

Wisdom sessions with experts

6 webinars online on Yoga and lifestyle by experts from various renowned Yoga Institutes.

The practices of yoga are not about physical exercise, it is a way of life to discover oneness within our self, the world and the nature.
