Initially we have three centres and increased to 15 centres. We had interruption from March 21 till Dec 2020 due to COVID-19. Now we are coming slowly back to normal.
I taught yoga in last 17 years to at least 5000+ students. My wife Chhay was inspiring and supporting all our activities. Over the period we have developed many dedicated and committed volunteers to run organization and teaching yoga to Children, Adults and seniors.

Discover Restorative yoga.
Restorative Yoga is a slow and still practice where the practitioner creates shapes with the body based on yoga asanas. The body is supported within these shapes by the earth and props in a way that encourages both physical and mental tension to begin to dissolve.
Katie will run this wisdom session on an introduction to Restorative Yoga where you will discover the benefits and background to this nurturing and nourishing practice.

Dr Sharma trained in India, then worked at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS) in Bangalore. In

Chantelle is a Perth based Yoga teacher whose work centres around making Yoga accessible to all levels of students. She runs classes for all ages and levels of flexibility and is known for her authentic, calm teaching style and nurturing approach.

Sarah Mills is Founder and director of Centenary Yoga; she discovered Yoga as a high school Physics/Chem teacher and young mother of two boys. Two daughters later, Sarah trained with Tam James of Yogaphysio and began Centenary Yoga in 2016. Her classes reflect Muktananda lineage of Hatha Yoga and teaches students to experience Yoga via their personal exploration of breath, movement and relaxation.
