We have a meditative approach to yoga that will allow you to explore the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual all at once. Heartfulness Yoga brings you the full spectrum by creating a seamless and balanced flow between movements, breathing exercises and meditation in every class.

At the heart of our practice is yogic Transmission, which is designed to carry you deeper into your journey.

Our team is international, highly qualified, and passionate. We all practice Heartfulness Meditation and are delighted to support you in your journey to health and wellness.

The Heartfulness Yoga School is registered with Yoga Alliance International as RYS200 and RYS300, and offers multiple courses with these accreditations.

Heartfulness is part of the Governing Council of the Indian Yoga Association and provides extensive facilities for yoga research.
